Double room in creative houseshare in Montpelier

Hi there!

We’re Georgia, Lucy and Ben, currently looking for a fourth housemate to join our homely, sociable house in sunny Montpelier. A bit about us! We’re in our late twenties/early thirties and work as a dog walker, for a travel company and at a vintage clothing warehouse. Some of our interests include travelling, plants, flowers, gardening, textiles, music, art, getting out into nature, festivals, cooking (we're all veggie).

We’re keen to find someone around our age who wants to be part of a sociable house, maintaining the homely vibe we’ve created and who wants to also make this a home. We’re very lucky to live in a lovely house on a quiet cul-de-sac in Montpelier, just five minutes from Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft and a short walk from the train station. The house has lots of communal space, with a living room, kitchen/diner and a storage room downstairs which we use for bikes, although we’re hoping to turn this into a studio space if you’re also a creative soul and would be interested in helping us create an arty space at home.

The room we have available is a double room overlooking the garden and is unfurnished. The rent is £383 + bills (roughly £475 all in). The room is going to be available on the 11th March and we're looking to arrange having people over for a cuppa and meeting people on Tuesday.
