If you are a postgraduate university student who has a full-time placement requirement I am looking for you to share my fully furnished living place with, which is situated in Montpelier within a walking distance of the city centre and University buildings. I will consider taking a professional applicant for summer period (3 months) or Monday to Friday stay too.

There is a nice size double bedroom available in a two bedroom professional shared top floor flat with a well equipped open plan kitchen/living room with, electric Hob and Oven, microwave, and a fridge freezer.
The living area has a large leather sofa, dining table, chairs and a flat screen TV. A smart, eco bubble washing machine provided. Full gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Shops and bakeries, pubs and restaurants right on your doorstep.
Easy walking distance to main bus line, Broad mead, Cabot Circus, Hippodrome, Harbour side, BRI...and to Montpelier local line station and a very popular St Andrews park.

Room available to move in from 13th June.
The rent is £625 pcm and includes council tax, tv license, water usage, fast broadband and partial of the gas, electricity usage. Deposit of equal value to 1 months rent is required. Please provide a reference from previous landlord. The big benefit is there is no admin fee.

Strictly no smoking inside the flat.
There is no private parking at the property. Street parking is free outside of Mon-Fri 9-5 when it is pay&display or resident permit only(can be applied for, unsure of cost).

This room is ideal for you if you are a responsible and homely person. You will want to keep the flat reasonably clean and tidy and won't need to make lots of noise late in the night.
I am a nurse, working at a local GP practice. I am a Christian, member of a local Church. In my spare time I like cooking, reading, watching movies and the weekends taking trips. Also I like having a fun.
