Good sized double bedroom available in my two bedroom house available from now until the end of July. A good option for someone looking for a temporary place whilst finding somewhere longer term.

The house is in a great location on a friendly street in the heart of Montpelier, about 5 minutes’ walk from Stokes Croft and near to the restaurants, bars and transport links on Gloucester Road. Montpelier overland station is also under ten minutes’ walk away.

The room is a large double with a desk. It includes a comfortable double bed, a large cupboard, chest of drawers and bedside table. The house is gas centrally heated. There's a small patio garden which is a sun trap in the summer months.

The shared household facilities include a shared bathroom and a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. It’s a non-smoking household.

I’m looking for a friendly, quiet and tidy person. I work from home during the day and am out and about in the evenings and weekends. I have a friendly cat so all cat lovers welcome :) I'm open to Monday to Friday lets for a reduced rate. All bills included and available now.
