The house is on Ashley Road, central Bristol.

The spacious room has a double bed with a very comfy mattress, a wardrobe, chest of drawers. The house benefits from a walk in shower room, which is next door to the room and a separate downstairs toilet. There is a shared kitchen, with all the usual appliances, onto a small sunny walled rear patio, a separate dining room and large living room.


We, my partner and I work from home. This will suit a professional who is working Monday to Friday, who wants a clean and comfortable base in Bristol centre .

We have 1 x shorthaired cat that is old and indoors most of the time who seeks us when they want food.
