Looking for a couple to fill large double room

Hi home seekers; we are looking for a couple to move in our lovely 6-bed house on Ashley Rd. The room is massive with lots of storage space; rent is £455 a month, bills are around £70. Deposit is £350 and you are free to move in as soon as possible.
We are a mixed gendered house in our late twenties. We like to socialise and work together communally to make the house a home. We do communal shops for essentials and try to cook for each other weekly/fortnightly.
We are looking for a couple in a similar age bracket who want to take part in continuing to make the house a lovely place to live. We show a lot of love in the kitchen and tend to hang out there, eat, drink, play music and cook together, so being a good cook is a major plus. We all eat everything so being a non-fussy eater is essential.
The house is big enough that it can be pretty private when you need your own space. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and have a weekly rota, but with many hands, it generally makes for pretty light work. All have quite busy schedules in the week but like to have some fun on the weekend although we are not a party house.
