Room to Rent in Montpelier Area

Room to rent in a second floor two-bed flat in Montpelier. The room comes furnished with a bed and chest of drawers as well as a clothes rack. There is a shared kitchen as well as a shared bathroom with a shower and bath. There is also a free parking space available in the driveway, my current flatmate and I have never had issues either parking here or along our road.

The flat is in a great location just at the top of St Andrews Road, around a 20 minute walk from town with a bus stop and Voi space just outside. Gloucester road is also a 15 minute walk away with St Andrews park just around the corner.

My current flatmate is moving out so the room is available from the 1st November. Our landlord is great and responds to issues pretty quickly, we haven’t had any problems with her so far.

Rent is £525, with bills this comes to around £670 per month

You’ll be sharing with me. My name’s Alex, I’m 23 and I work for the NHS as a mental health support worker. I’ve been living in the flat for 6 months now and I’m still fairly new to Bristol. I’m a big fan of live music and play guitar and bass (bonus if you can play an instrument too) and love surfing when I have the time.

I’m looking for another young professional to live with who’s warm, friendly and relatively tidy. My current flatmate and I get on really well and will often relax and play a board game after work or go for a drink with friends. Likewise, I respect her personal space and time and she respects mine. Looking for someone similar who prefers to socialise with their flatmates rather than avoid them.
