1 Double Bed to let in new build home

Hi :)

I'm Andy and I'm advertising a double bedroom in a brand new 2 bed home in Montpelier, a stones throw from the station and Stokes Croft.

The house was built in 2023 and the available room is a bedroom which has enough space to fit a double bed, bedroom furniture and a desk (see picture!). The house comes with all white goods including a dishwasher and a small outside storage space for bikes etc. It has a nice patio garden with retracting doors which makes it ideal for summer bbqs/gatherings. There's free parking outside and across the road from the house, so no need to worry about a permit.

I'm a professional who works from home 3 days a week, my job means I get a lot of free food! In my off time I like being out with friends exploring new restaurants and bars or watching almost any sport. I'm a clean, tidy and social person but I like to chill out as well, I'm looking for someone like minded!

My current housemate moves out around the 8th May (maybe a couple days after), so I'm looking for someone to move in then.

The rent of the room is £825pm + bills.
