The Studio contains a double bed, (it is a double bed in the picture) double mattress, drawers, wardrobe and shelves. It’s Own KITCHEN - has a fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, cupboards, sink and of course it has its own BATHROOM- shower, sink, loo.

All the Bills are on top, shared with the whole house at roughly £100 a month per person. So £100 per month includes Water, Council tax, gas, electric and wifi.

It’s a Huge house! Large, generously equipped, luxurious shared kitchen, two more bathrooms, a large shared living room and a yard.
A newly re-decked roof terrace is reached from the yard from a spiral staircase, it has amazing views of Redland’s colourful houses and gets plenty of sun.

The shared house contains friendly professionals - age range 38 - 46 - a uni researcher, a YouTube channel caster, Event manager/performer, and restaurant manager. It’s a very interesting intelligent bunch of people who love to chat in the kitchen.
We do have a cat who comes to visit a lot.
We have a great terrace for bbqs, and we sometimes play board games or watch films together on the large living room tv.
We have a quiet but very sociable home.
We keep the kitchen, and living space clean and tidy.
The washing machine you would use is in this kitchen. You are welcome to use the kitchen or indeed any of the shared spaces in the house.
We are next to Montpelier train station and the picton street shops.

The total bills are not included. They come to about £100 per person per month.
