Hi, We are a couple looking either for another couple or one person to move into a lovely Victorian 2 bed house in Montpelier with us. It is on York Road and has a living room, separate dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower and bath. Plus a converted attic for guests/study and a tiered patio garden leading to a roof terrace. Perfect for summer BBQ's. Period features including bay windows and working fireplace. No estate agent fees and a very friendly landlord.
We are moving into this house on the 25th April, while the second bedroom is being refurbished. Viewings will be taking place from the 25th and the move in date for the second bedroom is 6th May approx. The rent is £650 w/out bills.
About us- I am an Assistant Producer and work in documentaries, my partner is a plumber/musician. We both come from Devon but have been living in London for the last 5 years. Moved to Bristol 6 months ago. We are very social and love travel, festivals, outdoors, being creative and Bristol.
We are looking for sociable people who are keen to live in a communal environment and who have shared interests. We do not mind living with students but we work mon-fri so would need late night partying to be kept to weekends (with the odd exceptions!).
