One room to rent in lovely house in Montpelier

We're two young professionals living in a lovely spacious house in Montpelier. Looking for another like minded, friendly, tidy person for our third bedroom as one of our housemates has moved to Edinburgh.
The price for the room is £540 including all bills (water, gas and electric, Internet, council tax, tv license). Fully furnished room. The room is spacious and bright with wooden floors and French doors out onto the patio.

The house comprises of living room, kitchen diner, family bathroom, small garden and a spare single room as well as the three double bedrooms. The living room has a working wood burner (logs etc not included in rent). The house is more of a home than rental so we’re looking for someone who will treat it that way.
I work as a trainee psychologist and Jess is a paper cutter/illustrator. We both work Monday to Friday 9-5 sort of jobs so we’re looking for someone who has a similar working pattern. We tend to chill out during the week and then make the most of the weekend. We spend time together but also have our own friends. Looking for a housemate rather than just a lodger.
Parking available on street, it's permitted but we are able to apply for another. Only a couple minutes walk from Montpelier station and just off Picton Street so surrounding by loads of bars, cafes and restaurants.
No couples, no DSS.
