Double room in Montpelier £400 pcm

Happy 4 bed house that has been passed between friends for years.

We're in an excellent location behind Picton Street, close to Montpelier station, Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road. It's got transport, pubs, bars, restaurants, shops, all you need.

Items you will find in our home include: an ever growing collection of plants, the radio on, a book about spam, maps, bbq's on sunny weekends, books about all kinds of other things, a framed portrait of our toilet, tons of board games, a nice big dining table for delicious meals, dirty banagrams and a talking microwave. We do our partying outside of the house and keep it fairly chilled at home with dinners, baking, and the odd bit of crafting. We don't always eat together but are often in the kitchen together in the evenings cooking.

What we're looking for: friendly homely housemate 30ish and upwards, too old for student houses but not able to be on the property ladder, will proactively do their share of caring for our home, clean up after themselves and take out the bins, will nip out for a bottle when we have house meals (this varies depending on how much we have going on), LGBTQ+ friendly, is planning on staying for at least 6 months and will bring their own special something to mix.

Not included in the pics are: drawers and wardrobe in the bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room leading to garden, bike shed that fits 4 bikes, and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. We're not smokers, but smoke outside occasionally.

Bills are about £75 pcm. 6 month contract begins 1st March + 1 month's deposit & references, no agency fees. We have a 1 year lease that we renew each year, this current period is for 6 months as we have someone moving out partway through the lease. Sorry, landlord doesn't allow couples.
