Small Double room close to gloucester road

Hey there! Currently looking to fill a double room in our shared house just by the arches on Gloucester road!

Happy for a girl or guys to join.

Unfortunately we can't accept students and the landlady has asked for whoever we pick to be in full time employment. Ideally we are also looking for someone who is around the same age as us :) You'll be living with myself, liz, I'm 29 and have lived in the house for 4 years! The other housemates are currently being decided on at the moment. Unfortunatley all my lovely housemates are moving on to greener pastures! So it will be pretty much a whole new household!

The room itself is a very small double but it comfortably fits a doule bed, desk and rail! It's the cheapest room in the house and the previous housemate has been in the room for 3 years!

The house is a maisonette over the lower 2 floors of a 3 storey house (seperate entrance for the flat above) It's in an ideal location, 2 minute walk from the arches and Gloucester Road. Also a minutes walk from montpelier train station. We have 2 off street car park spaces at the front of the house also as well as a garden!

The rent is 330 a month with bills averaging about 50-60 a month, on occasion a little more depending on the time of year with G&E. Private lovely landlady so no agency fees. Only the first months rent and deposit upon moving in aswell as the first months bills. Everything comes out on the 1st of the month!

Ths room is available from 6th september on an initial 6 month contract.
