Large Double in friendly house - AVAIL Sept

There's a large furnished double room going in our lovely house share on Shaftesbury Avenue in Montpelier. Looking for longer term residents but short lets considered. 

WE HAVE 2 AMAZING CATS - The person moving in MUST be an animal lover and be able to give them attention & help look after them sometimes :) Please only contact us if this is cool. They are bengals so they're more like dogs in nature and love attention.

The house is in a great location, beautiful & quiet family street. Super homely! It's a large double. House has 3 double bedrooms, plus a spare room which we use as a music room (DJ decks set up). There's a lovely living room & lovely garden, it's a suntrap and we have plants and herbs! If you're green fingered then it will be good for you!

Looking for a woman/non binary, we are queer friendly, clean & tidy (v important), no afterparty vibes (we party outside of the house, home is our sanctuary!) Generally it's a peaceful abode in the week, would love the person who moved in to be up for hanging out, cooking dinner and being part of the crew, but of course likes their own space as well. We want a professional, who's laidback 25+

About Jess: I run my own music marketing business and am a DJ. often quite busy and are out lots, I work from home some days. I love making food, going to gym/yoga (sometimes lol). Super into music & events but home is a sanctuary away from the madness. Music is played lots :) Not at unsociable hours! I've lived here for 2 years now and I'm super happy here <3
 
About Reuben: I work at a sustainable design start-up which keeps me busy during the day, generally spending evenings cycling, climbing or hanging out at the house cooking or around Bristol at pubs/gigs. Currently trying to make the most of the summer months heading out on the weekend to Wales or Devon for hiking and surfing… there’s always room for more in the car too if you’re into that!

In the process of making the place really homely so if someone were to move in that had furniture, rugs, speakers etc, there might be space for it! (But absolutely not essential!)

The tenancy agreement will be a 1 month rolling contract, there is a £600 deposit which you'll get you a receipt for. Happy to make the contract longer as would prefer someone long term, but always think it's good to have the flexibility.
