1 person double room short term let Montpelier

SHORT TERM LET OR MONDAY TO FRIDAY. (So would then pay less) Comfortable double room in a rather relaxed household sharing with the landlady and an occasional guest. I am very Covid aware and keep the house clean. I request that if you are interested that you ARE FULLY VACCINATED this is imperative due to vulnerable family members who I see regularly. Thank you for your consideration. There is a table/desk and chair in the room but is NOT suitable for people working from home in winter months as the house is not heated during the day due to the huge price rise in heating bills etc. But there are plenty of cafes and bars within a 5 or 10 minute walk.
Situated in the heart of Montpelier and all it has to offer. Great bars, cafes and restaurants. There is a train station to link to Clifton as well as Temple Meads. It is a 15 minute walk to the Bus station , Cabot circus and BRI hospital. Gloucester Road and all its independent cafes and shops etc is literally around the corner. The house has WIFI, wood burners as well as heating. The bathroom is downstairs and at the back of the property, with a large shower. The house is cleaned daily. Bedding, a towel and bills are included as well as a light self serve breakfast. I cook regularly so will offer you supper when I am. There is a little garden, which is a bit of a sun haven. I do not offer to share the living room unless I invite you. This property would suit a professional or mature /post grad student seeking to relocate. Please note that there is restricted parking here Monday to Friday 9 to 5, so it is not advisable to bring a car. I have a young hypoallergenic dog, who is very friendly, so if you are nervous of dogs, this might not be the house for you. This is a sociable house - within reason - so is NOT a strict No Smoking household.
