Any vegans, who are also vegan for the animals, interested in renting a single room in Nailsea, Bristol?
Nailsea is only 9 miles from Central Bristol and 1.5 miles from Backwell Train Station. Google Maps states it takes 52 minutes, including the walk to the bus stop, to get from my location to Bristol City Centre.

The house is being decorated so doesn't quite have the showroom look to it hence the very reasonable rent.

When the house is finished it will be to a high standard and modern, No wallpaper or Artex! 🤮🥴😀

for a single furnished room will only be £280 pm/£70 pw until house decoration is finished and then it will be £400 pm/100 pw including all bills.

For a double furnished room it will be £480 pm/£120 pw until house declaration is finished and then it will be £600 pm/£150 pw including all bills.

You will have use of the lounge and bills are included. You will have free use of over 550 Mbps internet, 550 Mbps when tested in lounge, Virgin TV, Netflix, Prime Video! You will have a furnished room with 4k TV with the already mentioned services.

Why I'm renting before house is finished is in all honesty because I need the money for my rescue animals, it's been several thousand in a few months as they required operations and medication. I also want the extra money to finish the house off. I don't want someone to rent a room for short term.

I will be putting on some photos of room but I'm going to clear it first as have used it for storage, but have put on some photos of garden, which were taken before I put in a large bird enclosure for the rescued birds. The house is a three bedroom bungalow and I live here alone.

I have one rescue cat, 2 rescue Guibea pigs, 1 rescue Karariki Parakeet, and a rescue Collard dove who can't fly.

These animals live indoors with me, but I also have a 20 rescue pigeons in the enclosure in the garden.

If you're the type of person that would pick up a worm and move it to the side so it does t get walked on then we will get on fantastically well!!

The flowers in photos were grown from organic seeds without the use of pesticides unlike the plugs that are bought from garden centres and suchlike! and grown in organic soil. I also grow organic veg from organic seed and again obviously without pesticides, so you’ll be able to have some free veg.
