1 Double room in lovely home in Old Market

Hello looking for a lodger, one room available in a two bedroom flat in Old Market. Great location and close to town.

The room is a small double (8ft*8.8ft) and currently unfurnished but it can be furnished if needed.

There is a communal courtyard which is well looked after by the residents.

I am looking for either Monday to Friday or a permanent lodger.
Ideally I am looking for someone who does not work from home regularly as I work from home Monday - Friday. Preferably an older student or working professional. Must be an animal lover as I have a very friendly dog. This does mean I ca not have any more pets at the address.
This is a LGBT friendly environment :)

I'm a sociable person who loves music, going out but also mixed with calm evenings reading or relaxing watching tele. I don't eat meat but don't mind if you do. No smoking inside the flat.
If you can keep plants alive that's a bonus as I keep killing mine!
I appreciate a clean space and someone who is respectful of the home I have created.

I currently don't have any photos of the room as it is not ready as still selling no longer needed furniture, but it will be ready for end of April.

Happy to do in person viewings or virtual if it's easier.
