*Short term 1 month rolling contract (I’m moving out after 3-4 months, but possibly longer. I can give you 2 months notice of when)*

All bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water and fibre internet). There is a dishwasher and tumble dryer. Your room comes with the main bathroom all to yourself including “the best bath in Bristol” according to my former flatmate.

The flat has easy access to Airbus, Rolls-Royce, UWE, MOD and the motorway. The city centre is 25 min away by car or there is a MetroBus stop just up the road. The Mall is a 15 minute walk away. Lidl and a nice gym are a 10 minute walk and there’s a Sainsbury’s just over the road.

For parking, there is plenty of free on street parking available nearby. There is also a bike store.

I work for an engineering company north of Bristol. I’m working from home 3 days per week so someone who goes out to work would be better, although that’s not a dealbreaker.

I’m an easygoing, laidback and friendly flatmate. I’m clean and tidy too. I like to socialise and don’t hide in my room all the time, but appreciate we all need some downtime.

On the weekends I like going for walks and hanging out with my friends. I also like playing sports and working out.

No smokers, couples or pets sorry.
