A large double bedroom is available for rent in our new build house. The property is co-owned, but only one person will be living there during the tenancy.

The room is at the front of the house on the first floor. The room is furnished with a double bed (with memory foam mattress), a large chest of drawers and a nightstand. There is also a TV, with SkyQ available for use in the bedroom.

The room has private access to the main bathroom, that has a bath and shower.

You will have access to all the common areas (living room, kitchen) as well as storage space in the garage if needed.

The other person living in the house is a 28 year old male, who works full time - mostly at home. He is very social, but happy to leave you to it if you would rather be alone. There is also a cat in the property - he is generally indoors, as he is quite old, but he's friendly.

Ideal location for people working in Aztec West, Abbeywood and right on the M4/M5 junction.

Ideally looking for a long term lease, but willing to discuss short term if it suits.
