Great double room in cute bungalow

Hi! My name is Jaz and I have a great large double room in a cute bungalow as my housemate is moving out!

The room is unfurnished but has a large built in wardrobe.

There’s everything that would be needed, washing machine and electric clothes dryer, cooker, fridge freezer, internet etc!

I have a mainly unused garage and extra parking space right outside and a large garden.

Cribbs causeway mall is a 10 minute walk and the bus stop to bristol city centre and to the mall is less than a minute walk away.

I have two well behaved cats who love a bit of a cuddle and play so no animal haters please!!

The rent including all bills is £700 a month.

I’m easy going, wouldn’t mind if you wanted friends or family over, happy to socialise or leave you to your business, which ever would suit you! I like to keep the place clean and tidy and would expect you to tidy up after yourself as I do.

Small pets considered, no other cats and no dogs though, sorry.
