- healthcare professional working 9-5
- outdoorsy (hiking, biking, tennis are my jam)
- social (pub trips and nights out are also my jam)
- but also happy for a chilled night in with a nice meal and glass of wine

- double bed (with gaslift so lots of storage underneath)

- your own bathroom (it is the main bathroom but i never use it, i have an En Suite)
- car parking space
- short lets considered (min 1 month)
- situated in Charlton Hayes, with cribbs causeway next door
-excellent public transport - buses every 10 mins into town
-great for Airbus/MOD / Rolls Royce
What i am looking for
- preferably female
- someone to socialise with, not just a lodger
- someone who is friendly/ easy going
- someone who is clean and respectful of the space
- this room would suit a young professional (please- no students)
- if possible, someone who doesn't WFH but this isn't essential
