I have a temporary let, subject to current tenant leaving end of the mont i(t is not long term, rolling contract subject to discussions). 1 large double room available in Patchway from 1st May. I have just moved into the area and bought my first house. The room for rent is the master room, so the biggest rooms with all furniture like beds, built in wardrobes, desk etc, and bills provided. I even have beds and sheets if needed! I also live in the property (36f teacher). There is also another person living here, my lovely friend. I’m starting a new job and she works shifts. We both smoke (in the garden).
This room is a rolling contract.
Any more information required, please message, Pet ok as long as long as they are your full responsibility and they are quiet-ish, just looking for a good fit to be honest!
