There are also numerous green open spaces to enjoy with a green woods area at the top of the road, a dog free park and field a stones throw away and a dog friendly park and field just a short stroll away. 5 minute drive away is the beautiful three brooks nature reserve and the famous picnic hotspot Blaise castle is a 15 minute drive away.
