2 ensuite rooms in houseshare

Hi, we have a very modern 4 bed house in Charlton Hayes area that we are trying to fill 2 rooms for. Our other two housemates are moving out at the end of our current tenancy (30th June) and are looking for others to fill those rooms to renew the contract. We are 2 very chilled out engineers (not a phrase you hear often). Both are 21 very mature going on about 28. We’ve both been here for coming up to 2 years now and want to stay if possible. I (Tom) am pretty active, and like to get out running, cycling, sailing, mountain walking as often as I can. I also like to go to various music gigs if I can persuade a friend to go with me! X plays hockey, video games and loves to bake and read. Neither of us are big party people but do like to get out every so often to a pub or whatever. We all really enjoy cooking for each other, and currently each cook 1 night a week Monday-Thursday which has worked really well.
We have 2 rooms available, one of those being en-suite, and the other having basically sole use of another bathroom. The house is very modern, and we’ve had no troubles with it going wrong and keep it clean and its all at a very good standard. The two rooms will be un-furnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. Although we are quite far out of central Bristol, we have relatively good bus links into the centre and other areas (m1, 75, Y6, m4) and loads of parking if you have a car. We have a Lidl 2 mins walk away, and Asda and Cribbs about 20. The cost of the rooms would be approximately £550 per month, + bills which generally are around £100 for everything.
Our currently landlord is absolutely amazing, and extremely helpful if we ever have any problems with the house. We both do hybrid working and are generally in office 2-3 days a week. Let us know if you have any questions!
