The house itself is fully furnished, with shared lounge/diner, kitchen with white goods (including washing machine, dish washer, fridge and freezer), good sized bathrooms with shower over bath.
Your bedroom will have a view onto the front of the property (East facing) and your room will come with a single bed, sheets, towels, a pillow & curtains at a minimum.

The house is a 3 bedroom property with small front/rear garden.

There is some onstreet parking and a bus stop up the hill from the house (less than 2 minute walk), with frequent buses (20 minutes from bath city centre). Additionally, there is a shed/garage for bike storage.
The house is in a quiet residential area with a Tesco Express and Co-Op just 5 minutes walk away.

I am a 25yo Male who is looking for a little extra income to help with the bills. I am clean, quiet person, a smoker (not in the house). My girlfriend stays over night on occasion but that is about as exciting as it gets. I work from home predominantly.
