Postgrad Student to lodge in Quiet Household

Well spaced double room accommodation offered to Mature Postgraduate Student in lovely modern animal friendly home in a peaceful area. The room features a double bed, side table, chest of drawers, small desk and chair, and built in wardrobe.
Kitchen, Living room and Bathroom are shared. The property is fully furnished with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Also double glazed windows and gas central heating. There is also a garden and room for storage in the garage (by agreement), and off street parking.
I am looking for a mature in manner, responsible and calm tenent who is comfortable with the idea of a quiet and peaceful house especially in the evenings. Postgrads or International Students are welcome. *NOTE: NON SMOKER/ NON VAPOURER ONLY*.
The house is located in the village of Peasedown St John which is south of the city of Bath. There are bus stops to Bath from the village serviced by frequent bus services (172, 173, 174) There are local facilities, a Tesco Express and Co-Op close by. Bath is a short 10 min drive away.
PLEASE NOTE: the house does have both cats and a dog. Unfortunately no other animals can be accepted.
