Modern double room in Peasedown, Bath

Hello, we live in a lovely, spacious and light, modern, two storey and four bedroom home with a big inbuilt yoga/gym room.
Our home is in Peasedown St John, which is about 6 miles outside Bath (a 15 minute drive or 45 minute bike ride if you're v fit or have an electric bike; there's regular buses too).
Our house backs onto a lovely green space where people walk their dogs - or themselves. We are a couple (Kiwi and Brit) in our 50s, as well as a Brit male housemate, age 63, plus one cat - the new housemate must definitely love animals. We are not party people (once, alas, but no more). Early-ish nights are now the norm because we are usually up for morning yoga (we teach it on Zoom at 730am). We don't drink much, one of us not at all. We would prefer a professional person with eco leanings who's on board with recycling and reducing plastic waste.
The room we're renting out is a good-sized, light and newly decorated upstairs double room and comes with a separate bathroom (shared with one other). We've furnished the bedroom with a new bed, chest of drawers, side-table with lamp and a television for those times you want your own space.
The 171 bus to Bath stops at the top of our road and the other Bath buses all stop in Peasedown high street which is a 10 minute walk. If you have a car, there is plenty of nearby street parking in our cul de sac.
We believe Kens Fish Bar on the Peasedown High St does the best fish and chips in England. We're also an easy commute to Radstock, Midsomer Norton, even Bristol - we've had housemates who worked in Bristol.
