Double Room In Flatshare Portishead

A unfurnished double bedroom with own bathroom with a bath/shower available in Portishead marina.

Communal living area with NOW TV/Netflix sofa and sofa bed.

Communal kitchen and dining areas with ampul fridge and freezer space.

Kitchen includes; a washing machine, kettle, smoothie blender, toaster, and gas hob and oven. The kitchen is also fully equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, pots and pans and all other kitchen utensils required!

I'm looking for a room mate who's also social and looking to make friends.

I work 9-5 so am only home weekday evenings and most weekends.

The flat comes with 1 parking space which is in use. There are a couple of visitors bays and parking on the street. Happy to share the space and alternate between.

Rent is £450pcm plus 50/50 split of bills which include broadband, NOW TV, council tax, water and gas and electric roughly £100-£150. All bills are set up with a monthly DD any over payments are returned and split 50/50

Monday-Friday let will be considered at price per calendar month with be adjusted
