Double Room in Portishead

Lovely furnished double bed room in a house on the Marina. You will be sharing with one male. You will have access to all the usual facilities of a home and the rent will include all bills.

The rooms have a double bed, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. There is a large bathroom with a bath.

All the amenities are only a short walk away, Parish Wharf sports centre has gyms, exercise classes and swimming pool and there are other gyms available. Portishead is a very sociable area with plenty of venues to eat and drink and a large younger population. There is plenty of off street parking and room in the garage for a bike.

You must be clean, tidy, considerate and respect the rules/property. This is a double room for single occupancy and I would expect you to treat the house as your home. You must be in employment but not working nights.
