Myself, my partner and our cat live in a 2-bedroom apartment, 3rd story, overlooking the beautiful marina in Portishead. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and gyms.

We are both very friendly, clean, respectful and sociable. Looking for someone who also has these qualities.
Shared responsibility for cleaning and tidying all shared areas.

The bedroom is a decent size which includes a king size bed and a en-suite. However no other furniture as of yet.

Approximately 5 mins by car away from Junction 19 of the M5.

A deposit of £250 is required, plus one months rent in advanced. References from previous landlord and or employer are required also.

On street parking, with one allocated parking space. No pets, or smokers permitted in the apartment.
