I am looking for a professional person to share my home with in the heart of Portishead.
I am a live in landlord and work from home and own a large Victorian 3 bed maisonette which is very well presented in a quiet location and close to all amenities and bus routes into Bristol. There is parking on the street no problem.
The room available is a clean bright double room fully furnished with a shared bathroom opposite.
This includes a TV with Netflix / prime, good broadband and plenty of storage space.
In addition to this there is a large shared kitchen diner, large front room and a large office / reception and a second rest room.
All the facilities you require are available and all bills are inclusive.
I do have a large friendly dog who will introduce himself I'm sure.
I am a very friendly, clean, respectful and a sociable individual and am looking for someone who also has these qualities.
Shared responsibility for cleaning and tidying all shared areas.
Approximately 5 mins by car away from Junction 19 of the M5.
A deposit of £300 is required, plus one months rent in advanced. References from previous landlord and or employer are required also.
