There is really easy access to M5/M4, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol City Centre, Wales, as well as the local area (Avonmouth Docks etc)

The property has ample parking with a huge number of visitor spaces at the back of the property and street parking at the front. There is also a garage, which can be used for storing bikes etc
