Furnished double Bedroom in Portishead

The spare double bedroom in my Portishead flat has become available to let. 5 Minute drive from the M5 with easy access to the south-west, Wales and the M4 up to London this is a great location to be set up. Just a 30 minute drive into Bristol city centre or a regular bus service returning from town well into the evening you'll have no problem setting up a great life for yourself from here.

The flat is all set up ready to go, there is a bed in the room but I'm happy to store this if you have some of your own set up. There is a small airing cupboard with shelves in within the bedroom which has been big enough to keep all of my clothes for the last six months. You'll also have use of the main cupboard in the hallway which has hanging space and box units.

This is a really nice flat which I Have worked hard to turn into a great space for living in. There is a kitchen which opens up into the sitting dining area. You will have full use of all of the amenities including a dining table, sofa and television with sky.

Bathroom: the room is not an en-suite but you will have exclusive use of the main bathroom which has a toilet, sink and Bath with shower attachment.

I am the current tenant and will continue to live in the additional bedroom, I'm 22, really into my sports, particularly cycling, looking for a good flat mate that I can get on with so that the flat is an even better place to live. I'm a full time worker so I'm usually out of the flat in the week in the daytime. I keep the flat fairly clean and would like this to be kept within reason (I don't expect miracles). No preference male or female as long as you have banter in your blood.
