Two furnished double bedrooms in a Village Quarter house situated on the edge of the nature reserve with Channel views (can also be available unfurnished if required).

Both rooms are quite large, one is on the top floor and one on the middle. I have an en-suite so the two rooms share a bathroom on the middle floor. The house is only a few years old and the bathroom has been rarely used. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

The house has a lovely, relaxing living room with stunning views over the nature reserve and water to Wales. Downstairs there is a kitchen diner (again with lovely views) as well as a patio area front and back. There is internet throughout the house and Sky TV in the lounge and kitchen.

There is a parking space available and plenty of on-street parking. H&W, Costa and Co-op on the Marina can all be easily reached within a quick 10-min walk. There is also a shed and bike shed outside.

Fun, laid back landlord and a small, very friendly dog who will be here most of the time too (looked after by me). I am clean and tidy and work from home 1-2 days a week.

Bills (electric, council tax, water and gas) not included - will be split with the owner / landlord. Sky and broadband paid for by owner.

I am looking for professional people to move in, Mon-Fri would be good but not essential (the total price for a Monday - Friday person would be £450, no extra for the bills).
