Double Room to rent - Portishead

Hey,

I have a double room (9sm) to rent in my small, but comfortable 2 bed house.

The house is a 2 up, 2 down (2 bedrooms / bathroom upstairs, Lounge and Kitchen downstairs)

The house is quite small, so I'm looking for either a male or female tenant who I'll get along with. I work full time and have a side business, so I'm out until late in the day, and busy most weekends.

The room itself is practically fully furnished. There is a full height wardrobe with drawers included, and I'll have a brand new double bed and mattress put in before your arrival.

Really flexible about how you want to decorate / change the room to your personal preference.

I commute into the center of Bristol on a daily basis, so if you work in Bristol, then there is a car share available (to the park & ride at least!)

I'm currently using the room for storage, so the photo is shoddy, obviously all of the junk will be moved out before you arrive.

There's ample parking, and a garage I'm happy to share.

Rent is £425 a month, bills on top are approx £80.
