Currently renting out a large double bedroom in a flat in Mizzen Court with a large balcony with views over the marina.
It's a 2 bedroom flat and I also live there. I have my own en suite so there is a bathroom for your own use which has a bath and a shower. There's a large open plan kitchen/lounge.
I'm pretty laid back and clean and tidy. I work Mon-Fri 9-5 but out quite a lot during the evenings and weekends.
The room is £550 per month including bills (including Sky TV) or £400 per month if Mon-Fri only.
