Shared House in Radstock

Room available in shared house.

The house is well equipped and warm with a garden. Bristol, Bath, Wells, Midsomer Norton and Radstock are all within commuting distance. There are bus stops within walking distance (10 minutes) with regular bus routes into Bath and the surrounding areas but ideally you will need a car as this is a rural location. There is plenty on street parking and space by the garage at the rear of the house.

Tesco, Lidl and Sainsbury are all a short drive away. Radstock has a range of shops, cafes, pubs and Co-op all within easy walking distance. Midsomer Norton is a longer walk or short drive and has a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool and gym.

All the usual amenities are available in the house: there is a shared living/dining room, bathroom with bath and electric shower and wireless broadband. There is a good-sized kitchen, a washing machine, microwave, electric cooker with fan assisted oven and gas hob.

I am not living in the property but will be there on occasion as I have two studio spaces at the house. I am easy going and tidy person and would appreciate this in return.

The house is a mid-terrace and as such is warm in comparison to other houses. Given the present situation regarding the price of gas and electricity I would prefer tenants who do not work from home, do not work nights and have some tolerance to the cold. i. e. having the heating on is fine, but is anyone going to be able to afford to have it on as much as they used to.

The rent covers all bills, but if the bills spiral out of control then this might need some adjustment.
