Beach Room is a newly furbished, good-sized room, comfortably set out for a professional to use as a base from home Mon-Fri with easy access to the M5, Bristol and South Wales.

The house looks out onto the Severn Estuary towards Newport, and the summery setting sun, just minutes from access to the beaches and coastal path of the Portishead to Clevedon footpath, via the National Trust area of Redcliffe Bay.

The centrally-heated bedroom has a double bed, shelving, drawers and hanging space, desk and chair, smart TV with Netflix and other popular apps, tea/coffee-making facilities with hot water dispenser and mini fridge with fresh milk (trying our best to be single use plastic free!), towels, hand wash and lotion, hair/body wash, hairdryer, and also a handy travel iron and table-top ironing board. There are also dvds plus a small selection of books and games. Outside the window is a bistro table and chairs set you can use.

The private ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, illuminated/demisting mirror and shaver socket.

You are welcome to share our kitchen, dining room, living room and garden with us, as well as our lovely balcony with furniture, to enjoy our great views of the estuary, Wales, shipping and pleasure boats.

We are a happy, friendly professional couple who work during the day, with a short-haired tabby cat, looking for a like-minded roommate who wants a quiet, safe residential area whilst working away.

Mobility/access: Please note that although this is a ground floor room it is accessed by about 10 steps up from the main road.

Car parking is on road, however if you have a motorcycle or bicycle you are welcome to use our garage.
