The flat comprises of 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (baths and showers in both), a shared livingroom and kitchen.
Two current flatmates are professionals, one works as a programmer and the other as a research associate in laser beam technology.
The rent is £467/month + bills (around £100-120/month). We have fast Virgin broadband, and all the usual white goods (washing machine, fridge freezer etc.). Deposit is £433.
The landlord is a private landlord (no fees!!!) who owns several properties in the area and is very good and quick at fixing things and sorting out any problems.
Ideally looking for somebody to take over the tenancy before the new year (I am away 27th Dec - 10th Jan).
1 month minimum and no maximum stay.
