Female housemate wanted for 10 bed house!

One of our lovely housemates is moving to Canada(!) and we are looking for a girl to replace her and join us in our gang of 10!

We are split 50/50 men and women (the landlord's only requirement). The deposit (1 month's rent + a £150 admin fee) will be placed with the deposit protection scheme and £100 from admin fee is refundable if you stay for 6 months.

In the house we have a shared living room space with broadband , smart TV that has Netflix, Now TV and a huge shared kitchen with a dishwasher, two washing machines and a tumble dryer. Our garden is a good space for hosting occasional weekend parties. We have a strong WiFi signal throughout the house and three bathrooms. Living with nine people sounds chaotic but actually there's always plenty of room and we're really good with sharing the communal areas.

We're all professionals who work around 9-5. On weekday evenings and weekends we're a relaxed sociable house and can opt into going out to local pubs, cinema, comedy events, poetry nights and in the summer tennis and cycling. We like to celebrate special occasions together, our annual Halloween party is the house's favourite. With that in mind, we're looking for someone who is friendly and sociable.

We're spoilt with choices where to go in the local area, with the Downs and Whiteladies road and Gloucester Road less than a twenty mins walk away. There is plenty of free on street parking, a bus stop less than a min walk away, we also have a bakery and convenient shop on our road.
