Living room has large TV and two sofa, as well as cable with Sky Sports, Sky movies and BT Sports
The property is located within a stone’s throw of Whiteladies Rd, Cotham Hill, St Michaels Hill and easy walking distance to Stokes Croft, Gloucester Road and the city centre!

Parking is available on street- would require applying to the council for a permit
Water bills included in rent
Council tax and internet are £81 pcm
We would just pay gas and electricity bills as they come it is typically around £35-40.

About the room:

Bright double room available with a brand new bed and mattress. It was bought one year ago but has been the spare room for a year so has not seen much use
The room is fully furnished and comes with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
It gets really good sunlight but also has draw blinds if you need to block it out.

About me:

I’m a 33 year old physiotherapist that has been living in Bristol for two years.
I’m Irish and, by default, am fairly sociable- mostly at weekends but could have my arm twisted for a school night beer. I like the usual carry on like theatre, comedy shows and the unusual stuff that seems to be always on in Bristol.

I keep active- gym, surfing and anything outdoor.
I’m pretty easy going and hopefully a decent person to live with

Ideal housemate:

The main consideration would be someone that is easy to get along with.
So, it would be someone sociable but also clean, tidy and reliable
I enjoy cooking with/for others so someone else that would be keen for that would be a bonus too!
Unfortunately, the apartment would not suit couples.

Deposit is £550
There are no agency fees

Viewings are available midweek evenings from 5.30pm and can try to fit in some over the weekend also
