Double Room Near Whiteladies Rd - £600 inc bills

We have a furnished double room in a shared 2 bed flat on Warwick Rd (Redland). It's just off Cotham Hill (a couple of streets back from Whiteladies Rd) 5 minutes from Clifton Down Train Station. It’s also a 10 minute walk from Bristol Uni/The Triangle and is a short walk into town.

The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom, utility room (with washing machine) and lounge. There is also a secluded communal garden at the front of the property, where I've recently built a patio and bike shed for all to use. There is also on street permit parking available which we are happy to organise.

The room itself is furnished and has a rail, shelves and a chest of drawers. However, we're considering swapping these out for a large wardrobe and are more than happy to discuss changes to the furnishing of the room.

It's currently myself and my girlfriend living here. I work full time as an Engineer in the Filton area and Zoe is working part time while studying a masters at Bristol Uni. We are pretty chilled during the week; if we head out it's generally to meet up with friends or head to the pub (there are a lot of good ones nearby!). At weekends we try to get out to do some hiking or cycling.

Ideally we'd be looking for a professional or mature/PhD student between 23 and 35 who is easy going, fairly tidy and is keen to watch a film or share a curry once in a while.

Other general stuff: we are both non smokers and (sadly) have no pets in the flat. The room £600 including all bills/council tax/WiFi etc.
