2 double rooms & garden

Room 2 (part 1)

I am looking for 2 new tenants to join me and flatmate, Jack in a cosy shared house in Redland.

There is a sunny garden, kitchen, lounge, washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher. Spice cupboard filled to the brim, two toilets and a powerful shower & bath tub to share between 3. There is permit parking available and usually get about 100 free tickets for the house.

Located in the middle of Redland right next to the Shakespeare pub, a 5 minute walk to Whiteladies and 10 mins to the Downs, you really cannot beat the location. 15 min walk from Gloucester rd and two parks on the doorstep.

The rooms:
Back room 4th floor:
Cosy double room, carpet floors, desk, chair, wadrobe, bed, fireplace, shelves, armchair, mirror included.

Back room top floor (2 rooms):
Cosy double room, carpet floors, desk, chair, wadrobe, bed, fireplace, shelves, armchair, mirror included. Split into two rooms for storage of clothes etc in 2nd room due to unique design of room 1.

The house:
Homely, cosy, thin walls so need considerate housemates. Great place if kept clean, outstanding location.

The ideal housemate:

Young professional
Male or female
Single
Be considerate about noise and space
Chilled / quiet Monday – Friday
Clean up after themselves & does there bit around the house.
No bin/dishwasher rules but just basics ‘if its full, put it on/take it out’ mentality
Pay rent & bills on time (can prove financial stability to estate agents)
Be up for some socialising if it arises (Shakespeare has great quiz nights and gin deals)
Likes cooking / trying my cooking!
Doesn’t mind pre drinks and afters on a weekend/ anything goes on the weekend! (if consolidated with housemates)

In short, we love a good night out as much as the next person but Monday – Friday is pretty chilled due to demanding job and paper thin walls.

We will have viewings and once we meet the right housemates, we will hand to cover to oceans letting agents for ref checks and contract signing. It will be a 6 month contract with room to extend on completion.

Timings

Handover to Oceans: wc 14th Oct

Contract to start 12th November 2019 for 6 months
Move in date TBC

Deposit: £500 (ish)
Agency/ replacement fee: £300
Rent: £412
Rough overall monthly with bills is £550

If I don’t reply right away, I will by the 13th Oct.
