We have a double room available in a lovely 4 bedroom flat in Redland as our flatmate is sadly off to travel the world!
The remaining two flatmates are two masters students and a young working professional. We are all good mates and enjoy spending evenings together- usually indulging on food/ booze of some sort but also all enjoy our own space. 😊
We want to find someone to join our flat until the end of July. The only requirements we have is that our new flatmate is tidy and not too noisy!!
The rent excludes bills and wifi but we normally pay around £50 a month extra for them. If a non-professional would be looking to move in they would also be looking at splitting the council tax with the other working professional as the council offers council tax exemption to the students!!
