Small Double Room In Lovely Flat In Redland

Hiya,
I am looking for someone this share this lovely flat with as my current flatmate is leaving me to move abroad. The room would be available from the 8th July.
The flat is really lovely- it is modern, has a big balcony with lots of sun and an open plan kitchen & living room.
The room fits a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You can buy the furniture you can see in the picture of my current flatmate if you wanted to do that. The flat has two bathrooms so you would have one to yourself most of the time (the one in the picture).
The room is £525, with bills it comes to just about £700 (maybe slightly over now that bills have increased).
There is a spare cupboard in the hallway where you could store some more of your stuff.
The location is great: it’s just a couple minutes to Whiteladies road with lots of shops including Tesco and Sainsbury‘s and it takes about 20 minutes walking to get to Gloucester Road. We also have a secure bike storage.
Also the Downs are right across the street so great for runs and walks :)

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy (!) and is looking for a home rather than just a place to live. I am independent and usually quite active and out and about but I do enjoy nights in with the occasional take away and a glass of wine 🍷 it would be lovely to have someone to watch trashy tv with!

I work Monday-Friday 9-5 and am looking for someone with a similar working pattern. Ideally you wouldn’t be working from home as the room is quite small and you might struggle to fit in a desk.
