Modern television with Virgin TV, Netflix & good wifi throughout.

Gas central heating with an open gas log fire in the lounge.
Double glazed window throughout.

Bathroom with a bath & shower over.

Single bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers & a wardrobe.

Washing machine & tumble dryer.
Outside washing line.

There are good transport links & many amenities very close by.

I have one parking space available which is located at the rear of the property.

A outside shed is available for bike storage.
Decking area at the rear of the house which catches the sun in the afternoon. Garden furniture/ loungers.

I take responsibility for cleaning all of the communal areas.

I have friendly neighbours and the area has many open spaces close by as well as cafès and shops.
