Beautiful very large room in Redland

Hello!
I'm Chloe, currently living in this gorgeous garden flat on Redland Road and looking for a new housemate.

The larger room is available to rent (probably the largest bedroom I've ever seen) and comes with its very own en-suite (except shower). All rooms in the flat have very high ceilings and there's a shared communal kitchen with double doors that open into the living room.

There is a real log fire which creates a great atmosphere in the flat which feels like you don't need to have the telly on every evening.

There's a lovely courtyard with table and chairs and BBQ in the summer. Generally the flat is a great for entertaining - drinks, food and laughs! I'm a socialable, tidy and relaxed person but also very respectful of others at all times.

It's such a great location - less than 5 mins walk to Gloucester road, 5 mins to Whiteladies and 20 mins to Stokes Croft.

I work from home half the time and half in the office in employee engagement.

The property is let through an agency who deals with all the contracts and references and I manage the bills which come to about £146 (a bit more in winter).

Please note the bedroom comes unfurnished but the bed can be kept there if needed, the rest of the house is furnished.
