I've a double room available in a gorgeous top floor flat located just off Whiteladies Road available from around 20th May.

The living area is open plan with the Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge all merging into one via a beautiful feature arch at one end of the room. It is genuinely no understatement to say that this property is massive compared to others of the same cost. The whole flat is very bright and a certain element of rustic charm which adds character.

The bedroom is a spacious double with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as 2 bed-side tables and matching mini-table.
There is a feature fireplace in the room with mantle piece. There are blinds and curtains which are handy in the summer.

It's a shared bathroom with an electric shower that provides instant hot water. Bath/shower combo. It's kept clean and there is a whole cupboard available for storage.

There are 4 flats in the building and all the neighbours are friendly and know each other. We have a shared reception/front door apart from the basement flat. I've lived here a little over a 2 years and have a good relationship with the landlord. The agent is Sarah Kenny who've been brilliant the whole time I've been here.

All the bills, broadband etc are in place and you'd be expecting circa £800 a month all-in (rent and bills). There will be a few bits going with my flat mate; like pots and pans that I am happy to replace; dependent on what my new flatmate would bring with them.
There is street parking available with a permit cost.

I enjoy cooking and enjoy sharing meals in the evening with my current flat mate. I’ve also recently started making my own sourdough bread, so fresh bread is available :)
