En-suite double room with balcony (inc. bills)

Hello!

Our existing lovely tenant is moving back to Greece at the end of March and we’re looking to fill the room once he’s left. Ideally from 8 April 2024. We’re looking for someone for 6 months initially to see how it goes but could possibly extend if goes well.

The room comes with a private en-suite including shower and toilet.

The room is fully furnished and since the photos have been taken we’ve added a desk and a clothes hanger. It’s on the top floor of the house so feels private from the rest of the house. There’s also a private balcony for you to enjoy.

Included in the room is:
- double bed
- side table
- chest of drawers
- clothes rail
- desk

We’re quite flexible on furnishings if you’d like to bring your own items or we can remove items you don’t need.

In terms of the rest of the house, it’s a Victorian terrace with 2 sitting rooms which would be shared along with the kitchen. There’s also a garage if you need additional or bike storage. You can have storage in the kitchen and wherever else helps to accommodate your things.

We do have a 3 year old dog (a sprocker spaniel) who is very loving and affectionate but does bark at the doorbell. We’re working on this! We’d be open to accepting pets as long as they got along with our dog.

Just to mention, we’re expecting our first baby in June. The top room is self contained too so you are unlikely to hear anything but we do appreciate this situation won’t be for everyone.

In terms of us, we’re a married couple of professionals (about to turn 33 and 34) with demanding jobs and our party days are quite firmly behind us! We’re ideally looking for someone who is self-sufficient and flexible and can get along with us and is easy going! And doesn’t mind a dog and a baby…!

Our house is located in Westbury Park, about a 15-minute walk to Gloucester Road and 5 minute walk to Henleaze high street, with plenty of local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, with bus stops into the centre of town and towards north Bristol. A 10 minute walk to the Downs.

Bills included: Council tax, electricity, gas, water, high speed internet.
