Double room in 3 bedroom flat just off Whiteladies Road. Available from May as my current flatmate has bought their own place and is moving out.

Recently renovated with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all brand new appliances including a new Bosch dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer.

Great location just 5 minutes walk from Clifton Downs and 10 minutes walk to UoB. Easy to walk or get a bus into town and only a short walk to Clifton Down train station.

Your room has a bed with lots of storage space underneath and big clothes rail. The desk and office chair belong to the current flatmate. A large chest of drawers is available if extra storage is needed.

For parking, there is on street permit parking available. Permits cost £140 for a year. For shorter stays any unused months can be refunded afterwards.

As for your new flatmates, we are both friends from uni so get on well together. We are friendly and love to have a laugh. Likewise we appreciate everyone needs downtime and their own space so if you want to do your own thing that’s no problem with us either.

On the weekends I like going out in town with my friends. Beers on the harbourside and BBQs on the Downs are my favourite. I also play squash and I love to travel, especially to Japan and South Africa.

I’ve had a lot of experience of living with other flatmates and from travelling too. I’m young at heart and find it easy to get on well with all kinds of people.

While I’m a ‘live-in landlord’ I hope that won’t put you off as I’m very laidback. Think less ‘crumb police’ and more live-in handy man and all round legend. It’s in my interest that you like living here, so I’ll try to fix anything asap.

Bills are £50 a month, so the total cost is £675 per month.
