Homely flat with roof terrace

Hi,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share this great little pad with. It's a really lovely place, close to the downs, Whiteladies and Gloucester Road. It has a huge roof terrace which I can't wait to enjoy over the summer for BBQs and a glass of wine. Looking to add more furniture and plants to the terrace, so anyone interested in this project would be a bonus!

I am looking for someone friendly and easy going, who is up for hanging out and relaxing in the evening, and likes to be sociable, although of course alone time is hugely respected too! I am a School teacher, so looking for someone with a similar lifestyle where relaxation and sleep is high up on the priority list!

Having a friendly shared space to come back to is important to me, so would like to meet anyone interested so we can get to know eachother and see if we are a good fit. I'm in to food, getting in to a good series, working out, yoga, socialising with live music, and occasional arts and crafts. b

There is often space in a shared car park, and always space on the road outside. The flat is up several stairs, so not suitable for someone who may find that difficult. The flat is fully furnished, and the bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. It's looking quite bare in the photos but happy for someone to make their own!
